Imray Digital Software Updates
Please be sure to read ALL the details and instructions regarding your particular download before contacting us with any issues or questions.

To install any of the links below, follow these instructions:
- Ensure you are logged in on your PC as the same Administrative user as you originally installed IDC.
- Ensure IDC is not running.
- Run the file (or, if preferred, Save and then Run).
Vista/Windows 7: If presented with a dialogue box asking if you wish 'repair' or 'remove' the software, select 'remove'. Your old program files will then be removed and the new program files installed in their place. Note that this will not affect your chart folio, registration details or any saved routes/waypoints/etc.
Please note that all software updates are cumulative. The most recent software update for any product incorporates any changes introduced by previous versions.
IDC Software Updates
WARNING The software updates below are for the 2010 edition only.
If you have a previous 2008/2009 edition of the software, you MUST purchase an upgrade to version 1.10.x before running any of the updates below. Failure to do so will result in the disabling of some of your software functions.

Chart Updater now included in Chart Manager
New Garmin software to read Garmin via USB
New version of Garmin test included
Clearer details on Registration window
Added option to register Tides within the software
No limits on adding waypoints to a route, allowing a waypoint to be used more than once in the same route for racing
Bring To Front command added to message boxes so they don't get lost behind main display
Toolbars repositioned so they do not overrun on the display
Ability to load ID50 charts as a second folio from CD
Various amendments to the Help Pages
Interface Help included, which can be accessed via Start button
Added standard COM port check (as Hyper Terminal not available with Vista and Windows 7)

Imray Digital Chart Corrections
Periodically we will release corrections to our digital charts (usually on a monthly basis). These will be made available for download from this web page.
Please be sure to read ALL the details and instructions regarding your particular download before contacting us with any issues or questions.
Please note that these corrections are for the 2010 edition of IDC. If you are running the 2008/2009 edition, you will need to upgrade your software before downloading.

If successful a dialog box should appear saying 'Completed'. You now have the latest corrections installed.
Chart Corrections (last update: 16th July 2010)

Please note that this will automatically install all relevant corrections for your particular chart folio(s).
Once the chart corrections are installed, the appropriate corrections for each chart will be available, either via the chart properties dialog (for general corrections), or for via highlighted icons on the chart (for location specific corrections). See the IDC Help pages for further information.

Just released: Marine Chart Symbols
A complete reference to all the signs and symbols shown on nautical charts in both English and French. This App has been carefully structured to allow speedy searches to identify over 800 signs and symbols as designated by the International Hydrographic Organisation in their publication INT 1 which on the UK is Admiralty publication NP5011.
